warranty and non-warranty
GN Netcom headsets across the UK.
We operate an advance replacement warranty and/or fixed
cost replacement
service for all GN Netcom headset products. We will need
your exact model of headset, the details of the system it is
being used with, the serial number of the unit, your company
details, a contact email address and, for non-warranty
repairs, a credit card number or account number. (If you
don't have an existing account please
contact us.)
- Once we have this information we will arrange
dispatch of an advance replacement headset to get you
back online as fast as possible.
- As soon as you have received your authorisation
email, simply return your faulty unit (within 5 days)
together with a copy of the email, and that's it!
