Identifying the equipment you need
repaired or replaced can be difficult due to the sheer
variation in models and compatibility issues. It is vital
that this is correct so that the headset or ancillary
equipment we send you works on your telephone system when
you receive it.
We operate an advance replacement fixed cost repair
service for all GN Netcom headset products. We will need
your exact model of headset, the details of the system it is
being used with and the serial number of the unit to ensure
compatibility and to validate your warranty if applicable.
When you call us for your returns authorisation the more
information you can give us the quicker we can respond to
your request. If you do not know the exact model we have
included images of current and past models of
headsets on this site. From the model number (and the details of your
telephone system) we will be in a position to guide you
through finding the serial number and will be able to
identify whether the unit is still under warranty.
Please note: We can no longer repair
