GN Netcom and Jabra headsets purchased in the UK.
Should you find that you have a faulty headset, please
call us on 0844 477 1630 for a warranty or fixed price
repair. For your piece of mind, please note that all Jabra
repairs are conducted by Jabra to meet all the relevant
safety legislation.
If you would like to check the warranty status of your
headset yourself prior to calling, there is now an on-line
status checker. Please consult
Jabra Warranty Check
The repair service covers all GN and Jabra office and
contact centre headset products. When you call please ensure
that you have the faulty item to hand. You will need to give
us the serial number of the item, your contact details and
an email address. For non-warranty repairs, you will be
asked to make payment at the time of the call. Please be
prepared with a debit/credit card. If this is not possible
you can request to open a credit account.
Once your equipment and contact details are entered on
the Jabra Servicenet, you will receive an email with an
‘RMA’ returns reference to enable you to send your faulty
item/s off to the GN Netcom/Jabra Repair Centre.
Please ensure that you enclose a copy of this email with
the faulty items when you return them to the Repair Centre.
Your replacement equipment will be despatched only when
the faulty units have been received. Please ensure that
you send them in such a way that you can obtain a Proof of
Delivery. The turnaround time is typically 5-15 business
days.
