GN Profile Headsets
Unfortunately we are not able to repair GN equipment that
is over 8 years old. There are however a significant number
of profile headsets that are over 8 years of age. Please see
below to identify the age of these headsets.
Headset Age Identification
Check for the barcode label encased in a plastic barrel
on the cable as below:
The Serial number is enclosed in a special translucent
barrel that attaches around the cord. This barrel label
provides a bar code and a numerical equivalent that contains
the date of manufacture, product code and serial number. In
the above example:

If there is no barcode label, the GN Netcom Profile
headsets have a distinctive marking on the boom arm part of
the headset as indicated below. The marking indicates the
manufacture date and the headset’s specification.

so please call 0844 477 1630 so we can confirm the
manufactured date for you.
If your headset is over 8 years old unfortunately the
headset can no longer be repaired. |
