- Repairs warranted for 3 months.
When you call please be ready with the details of your
headset including:
- Model Number.
- Serial Number.
- The model number of the telephone you connect your
headset to.

section.
This information is critical to ensure that you receive the
correct replacement product.
NOTE - If your headset has no
barcode or serial number details warranty is void.
Service costs for non-warranty equipment:
- Corded Headsets = £35.00
- Amplifiers = £40.00
- In - Line Amplifier = £25.00
- Cordless Headsets = £65.00
- Misc. Equipment = £25.00
All prices include delivery but exclude VAT. Prices
current at 1st June 2005. (E. & O. E.)
What you need to do?
Call us on 0844 477 1630 for returns authorisation. This
takes the form of an email that you use as a packing slip.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card for out of warranty
repairs.
Send your headset back in its original packaging where
possible, together with your emailed packing slip. We should
receive your headset within 5 days of reporting the fault.
Otherwise you will be invoiced for the replacement unit. For
