Service and Warranty Information
Two-Year Warranty
All headsets manufactured by GN Netcom UK Ltd are covered
by a comprehensive 2 year 'no quibble" warranty. The
conditions of this warranty and responsibilities under this
warranty are as follows:
- The warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
- The warranty is void if the serial number, date code
label, or product label is removed, or if the product
has been subject to physical abuse, improper
installation, modification, or repair by unauthorised
third parties.
- The responsibility of GN Netcom UK Ltd under this
warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement
of the product at the sole discretion of GN Netcom UK
Ltd. Any implied warranty on GN Netcom UK Ltd products
is limited to two years from the date of purchase on all
parts, including the cords and connectors. Specifically
exempt from warranty are limited-life
components subject to normal wear and tear, such as
microphone covers, ear cushions, ear tips,
decorative finishes, batteries, and other consumables.
- GN Netcom UK Ltd is not liable for any incidental or
consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of
any GN Netcom UK Ltd product. A copy of your receipt or
other proof of purchase is required. Without proof of
purchase, your warranty is defined as beginning on the
date of manufacture as labelled on the product.
- Unless otherwise instructed in the User Guide, the
user may not, under any circumstances, attempt any
service, adjustments or repairs on this unit, whether in
or out of warranty. It must be returned to the factory
or authorised service agency for all such work.
Dead on Arrival Policy
Customers who believe that their new GN Netcom product is
Dead On Arrival (DOA) should contact their supplier to
determine whether the product they have received is an out
of box failure. Once it has been verified that the item is
indeed DOA, the customer should arrange for the product to
be returned to the original point of purchase, who will then
ship a replacement upon receipt of the faulty item(s). A
copy of the original proof of purchase will be required.
Communications Solutions UK Ltd., are authorised GN
Netcom UK Ltd. repair partners and comply with all warranty
terms. Out of warranty repairs carry a 3 month repair
warranty to the same terms and conditions as above. |
